1. Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and the services offered. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

  • Provider: Mert Tetik (individual, Turkey).
  • Business address: Turkey (Kayseri).
  • Minimum age: 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for the content you generate and any use of the outputs.
  • You must use the service legally and responsibly. You may not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, to deceive others (including impersonation), or to violate the rights of others.
  • You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and/or consents for any content you upload or use with the service.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
  • We may update or discontinue features at any time.

2. Privacy Policy

We only collect the minimum data needed to operate the service.

  • Account data: email address and password (passwords are handled by Supabase and are not visible to us).
  • Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe). We do not store full card details.
  • We do not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for authentication and payments (e.g., Supabase and Lemon Squeezy).
  • Generated outputs are processed and temporarily stored by our generation providers (e.g., FAL) and may be retained for a limited time (typically around 7 days).
  • We store output URLs and related metadata in your account to display your results to you. Outputs are private to your account by default and are not public.

3. Refund Policy

  • Our service uses a credit-based system. When credits are used to generate content, processing costs are incurred and those credits are considered consumed.
  • Used/consumed credits are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be calculated proportionally based on unused credits at the time we review your request:
    Refund Amount = Amount Paid × (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased/Granted for that period)
  • Approved refunds may require removing unused credits and/or disabling access to prevent further use after a refund.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, except in cases of billing errors or service issues described below.
  • Exceptions (full or partial refunds may apply): duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues where credits were deducted but no output was delivered due to our system. In such cases, we may restore credits and/or issue a refund.
  • To request a refund, contact us at viralaicloud@outlook.com and include your account email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. If available, please also include your Lemon Squeezy receipt/order/invoice details (e.g., order number). If you don’t have the receipt/order number, please include the charge amount and charge date if possible.
  • We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at viralaicloud@outlook.com so we can review and resolve it quickly.
  • Please include your account email, charge date, and the reason for the dispute.
  • We may request supporting details to investigate billing disputes.
  • Filing a chargeback may lead to temporary account restrictions while the case is reviewed.
  • Confirmed fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Manage Account page or by contacting support at viralaicloud@outlook.com.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please refer to the Refund Policy section above.
  • To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
  • Unused time is not prorated or refunded unless required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Promotional Terms and Conditions

  • Promotional prices, discounts, and bonus offers are limited-time offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Offers apply only to eligible plans, billing periods, and users shown at checkout.
  • Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promotional pricing continues only while the related subscription remains active without interruption.
  • If a subscription is canceled, expired, refunded, or disputed, promotional eligibility may end.
  • We may change or end promotions for future purchases at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Account Deletion Policy

  • You may delete your account at any time from the Manage Account page.
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • When you delete your account, all your data — including your profile, stored output URLs/metadata, usage history, and any other associated records — will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Generated files may remain temporarily on third-party providers (e.g., FAL) for a limited retention period (typically around 7 days) before they expire.
  • We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing, tax, and dispute/chargeback records). Payment processing records may be retained by our payment providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy).
  • Any unused credits on your account will be forfeited immediately upon deletion and cannot be recovered, transferred, or refunded.
  • All active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled at the time of deletion. No further charges will be made.
  • You will not be able to recover any data, content, or credits after deletion.
  • If you have a billing dispute or need a refund, please contact us at viralaicloud@outlook.com before deleting your account.
  • You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You may not use the service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of persons in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or export restrictions.
  • You may not use the service for prohibited end uses, including illegal activity, sanctions evasion, or other restricted activities under applicable export-control laws.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if required for legal or export-control compliance.
